Buster Seaton
(1951 - 2002)
Brother Seaton was born in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. He was saved on a Sunday morning in his mother's kitchen, that same night surrendered to preach, preached his first sermon the following Wednesday, and then preached a Revival Meeting the next week.
Brother Seaton was a man of prayer and Bible study. His knowledge was very deep because of his devotion to and diligence in reading the best of materials that were available. He was in much demand for camp meetings and revivals across our nation. One of his most requested messages was “I will return” a great message that stirred the saints of God about the second coming of Christ. Brother Buster preached with an old time flavor that encouraged the saint, and exalted the Saviour. He was a great asset to the cause of Christ.
He was saved at approximately age 24 and went home to be with the Lord on June 27, 2002.
